FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

The engine

How much does the engine cost?

It depends on your project, how many cities you target and which parts you already have. You get a clear quote after the 30-min call, before any work starts. Your ad spend is paid by you, directly to Meta.

How fast does it go live?

Weeks, not quarters. We map the pipeline, write the qualification logic, build the sequences and set up the campaigns. Your team sees the whole thing before a rupee of ad spend goes out.

Who owns the ad account, CRM and data?

You do. The ad account, CRM, WhatsApp number and every lead stay in your name. We work as a partner on your accounts, with an off switch you own.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No. Anyone who guarantees sales from ads is guessing. We show you the real numbers every week (cost per qualified lead, cost per site visit) and move budget to what works.

What do you need from my side?

Access to your ad account and CRM (or we set one up), project details and creatives, and someone on your team to call qualified leads fast.

Does the AI agent speak Hindi?

Yes. It replies in Hindi or English, qualifies budget, location, size and timeline, and hands over to a human with the full chat.

I already have a CRM / agency. Can you plug in?

Yes. If a piece already works, we plug into it instead of rebuilding it.

Which cities and countries?

The engine is built for Indian real estate. I also run ads for brands in Canada and the US.

Courses & playbook

How do I get the playbook after paying?

Pay on learn.consultwithankush.com and it opens straight away with a download button. Log in with your email anytime to download it again.

Is Claude included?

No. You need your own paid Claude subscription from Anthropic for the courses.

Can I get a refund?

No. These are digital products with instant access, so all sales are final.

Launching a project this quarter?

Bring your funnel. We'll find the leaks in 30 minutes.

A 1:1 call on where your enquiries come from, where they die, and whether the engine will pay for itself. Sometimes the answer is no. You'll hear that too.
